After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will be kept on file to process payroll, file W-2, W-3, and meet employment law requirements.

Sharing Market Survey Data

1417Power shares survey data with its sister company 1417Pulse. The data that is shared does not contain any private personal identification data, but does contain demographic data. Your individual identification is converted to a random identification number which is used to link surveys, but cannot be reverse engineered, translated, or in any other way used to determine your actual identity. The database used for market survey data is separate and distinct from the database used for the operation of 1417Power.

Exceptions

You have entered into an employee employer relationship with 1417Power. 1417Power is required by law to collect data, as well as local, state, and federal government forms containing significant personal information. 1417Power guards this confidential information at the highest commercially reasonable level while complying with local, state, and federal law for the filing, and retention of these forms and data. Examples are; Child Labor Permits, I-9, W-4, W-2, EEOC reports, 940, and 941 Payroll Reports, and other required documents.
