2015 Referral Contest

 

Contest time period: 28 August through 27 November 2015


Referral qualification: To qualify each referral must have been registered using the 1417Power Sales Agent or Customer referral functions found at www.1417Power.com. Agents referred prospects must have been appointed and have qualified at least one customer to qualify. Customers referred prospects must have completed all required paperwork, and have made at least their first fee payment with good funds.


Assigning downline referrals: If the original referral was a Sales Agent referral, all the Student Employees derived from this Sales Agents activity counts towards the original referrer’s total referrals.


Counting Referrals: Each unique Independent Sales Agent, as determined by unique tax identification number counts as one (1) referral. Each unique Student Employee (“SE”), as determined by unique Social Security number counts as one (1) referral. Double counting of a unique referral can occur when the SE has been referred by any referrer, and qualifies under the assigning downline referrals. In this situation each referring party receives half (1/2) credit.


Determining Referral owner: The first individual to register an individual based on 1417Power computer time stamp of referral submit will be the exclusive owner of the referral.


Good Funds: Payment shall be deemed “good funds” if the payment has cleared the bank, and the payer does not request a refund. If payment was made by credit card, 1417Power reserves the right to exhaust the credit card refund period before awarding the good funds status.


Determining 1st place winner: The first place winner is the individual with the highest number of qualified Sales Agent plus qualified Student Employee referrals that has more than four (4) referrals. In the event of a tie, the individual that made the first referral will be the first (1st) place winner and the other the second (2nd) place winner.

Determining 2nd place winner: The second place winner is the individual with the second highest number of qualified Sales Agent plus qualified Student Employee referrals that has more than four (4) referrals. In the event of a tie, the individual that made the first referral will be the second (2nd) place winner and the other the third place (3rd) place winner.

Determining 3rd place winner: The third place winner is the individual with the third highest number of qualified Sales Agent plus qualified Student Employee referrals that has more than four (4) referrals. In the event of a tie, the individual that made the first referral will be the third (3rd) place winner.


Place winner award amounts: The first (1st) place winner shall receive $1,000 USD. The second (2nd) place winner shall receive $500 USD. The third (3rd) place winner shall receive $250 USD.


Drawing award: All referrers that make at least 2 referrals, but do not qualify for any place winner award will be included in the random drawing. The winner of the random drawing will be awarded $250.


The 2015 referral contest rewards shall be in addition to the cash referral awards rewarded during this contest period.
